ORIGIN............

Sri Sankara Coaching Centre was established in the year 1979-80.The object of the Centre is to guide the students for the Professional Courses like the Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy and Company Secretary.

The Centre began with a small number of students. However to-day it has grown in a big way as a premier Institution which guides the students for their success in the challenging professional courses. This is mainly due to the excellent performance of our students and the dedication of our faculty.  

RAPID GROWTH ON QUALITY...........

We have on our rolls about 2,500 - 3,000 students in an year approximately almost representing all the States in our Country. This covers several batches of Foundation, Intermediate and Final courses for CA,ICWA and CS which are announced periodically.

ACHIEVEMENTS IN TERMS OF RANK PRODUCTS.....

By God's Blessings and with our dedicated team of Faculties under the close supervision of our Course Director Sri.R.NAGARAJAN FCA ( a popular Accountancy Faculty member in all the Professional Institutes ) we have turned out a large number of RANK HOLDERS AT ALL INDIA LEVEL INCLUDING FIRST AND SECOND RANKS at all levels viz., CA,ICWA & CS FOUNDATION, INTERMEDIATE & FINAL EXAMINATIONS.  
 

INTRODUCTION OF ORAL COACHING FOR B.COM., ....

We introduced with the best faculty support, oral coaching for B.Com., from the year 97-98, both Correspondence and Regular students so that they can concentrate both on CA course as well on their Degree course.

SRI SANKARA COMPUTER CENTRE .......
We are happy to announce that we have installed a Computer Centre in our premises at 14, Chitrakulam West Street, Mylapore, Chennai-4 on 5th September 2001 and the classes are on full swing with variety of courses and flexible timings. We announce a periodical programme depends on the requirements from time to time, apart from a specially designed course to the students of Chartered / Cost Accountancy, so as to be useful to their career in future. COURSE ON COMMUNICATION SKILLS........

A successful professional is not born; but is made. He /She is not only a THINK TANK but also how well he/she communicates his/her ideas to others is a matter of essential for the growing competitive world. Towards this goal, we intend to organise a specially designed course by a very eminent Professor on effective communication skills to the interested students.

SRI SANKARA STUDENT’S SUNDAY STUDY CIRCLE......

We believe a continuous and constant updating of knowledge is required in this professional course. Keeping this in mind, while students are given the brilliant coaching on their syllabi in the classes, we organise every Sunday on each week A LECTURE MEET on a topic of professional interest considering the latest developments in the fields of Economics / Finance / Taxation / Auditing & Information Technology.
